Have you observed an incident you would like to report? Here you have the opportunity to submit your information confidentially and anonymously.

You can report any violations committed by employees of our company in connection with their work.

Reports can be submitted for the following locations:

• Beerwalde
• Xanten
• Linz

Violations may include any breaches of the law or of internal regulations.

We are committed to protecting whistleblowers. We do not tolerate any pressure on or discrimination against whistleblowers. At the same time, the presumption of innocence applies to the person concerned until they have been found guilty of a violation.

Your report will be forwarded for initial assessment to ad hoc datenschutz GmbH, which has been appointed as the external provider of the internal reporting office, and will be processed there.

Consequences of Misuse of the Platform

The whistleblowing system must not be used for false accusations. The deliberate reporting of false information is prohibited. Submitting false allegations or incorrect information constitutes a criminal offense.
